1．负责每次的旅行社、公司、政府等团体进店、大型宴会（含住宿）等的前期安排、中期协调、后期结算。
2．处理渠道销售及宴会销售的日常案头工作，包括合同、宴会通知单、更新预订记录等
3．在接待过程中，协调团队与相关部门之间的关系。
4．给相应部门发团队确认函，将每月团队预报表发送至相关部门。
5．与渠道销售、宴会销售等各相关销售人员紧密联系，确保信息的准确性。
6.完成领导安排的其他工作相关业务。
