岗位职责
1.掌握所负责楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务。
2.管理好楼层定额物品，严格控制客用品消耗，做好废品回收。
3.负责对结帐房间的查房工作。
4.负责查收宾客洗衣、酒水的送回和补充工作。
5.负责楼层公共区域卫生的清洁工作和部分房间的清洁工作。
6.负责杯具的清洁与消毒工作。
7.负责脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放工作。
8.完成易耗品的每期盘点工作。
岗位要求
1.持有酒店英语初级证书，可合理的为解决客人问题。
2.身体健康，相貌端正。
3.有相关工作经验者优先考虑。
语言能力：英语-良好年龄要求：45岁以下
