服务员：
1.按照酒店的服务、食物和饮料质量、卫生标准亲切有礼地接待并服务客人。
2.通过和客人与员工展示亲切友好的服务，保持仪容仪表干净整洁。
迎宾：
1.有良好的沟通能力，清楚了解酒店各餐饮部门的运营时间，很好的了解酒和菜单上的各个细节从而能帮助客人，回答他们的问题，给予更多的建议。
