1. 英语口语能力较强，有Add及宴会服务经验，可独立带班正常运营工作。
2．带领员工检查餐前的准备工作，确保各种物品器皿的清洁完好，确保服务过程的顺利进行。
3．负责布置当天工作并介绍当天的菜单，服务项目以及菜式特色。
4．负责开餐时服务质量，上菜品质，上菜速度，确保客人满意。
5．确保当值期间本区域的安全与卫生符合餐厅管理要求。
6．确保责任区域内的设备设施状态良好，发现异常及时上报。
7．参加餐厅业务培训和营业前的会议，不断提高个人业务水平和服务能力。
8．根据上级要求履行其他职责。
