【岗位职责】
1、根据酒店各部门用人需求，制定并执行招聘计划，确保岗位及时补充。
2、开发并维护招聘渠道，包括线上招聘平台、校园招聘等，优化招聘流程。
3、负责简历筛选、面试安排、初试评估及录用建议，确保候选人质量与岗位匹配度。
4、组织并参与招聘会、宣讲会等雇主品牌宣传活动，提升酒店在人才市场的影响力。
5、建立并完善人才库，定期跟进潜在候选人，支持人才梯队建设。
6、统计并分析招聘数据（如到面率、录用率、招聘周期等），提出改进方案。
7、协助上级处理员工入职手续及相关人事档案管理，配合人力资源其他模块工作。
【岗位要求】
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、酒店管理、心理学等相关专业优先。
2、2年以上招聘工作经验，有酒店行业或服务业招聘经验者优先。
3、熟悉招聘流程及各类招聘渠道的运用，掌握面试技巧和人才测评方法。
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力及团队合作精神。
5、熟练使用Office办公软件及招聘管理系统。
6、积极主动，结果导向，具备良好的职业道德和保密意识。
