【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店预订部的日常运营管理，制定并完善预订流程、政策及标准，确保预订服务高效、准确。
2、监督预订团队工作，合理排班，组织培训，提升团队专业素养及客户服务意识。
3、与销售、前厅、客房等部门紧密协作，优化房间分配策略，确保超额预订风险可控，最大化客房收入。
4、监控预订系统（如Opera/PMS）数据，定期分析预订趋势、入住率、平均房价等关键指标，为收益管理提供决策支持。
5、处理重大预订投诉及疑难问题，维护客户关系，提升客户满意度及忠诚度。
6、负责预订渠道管理，包括OTA、官网、电话、邮件等，确保信息一致并及时更新。
7、定期编制预订报告，向管理层汇报运营状况及改进建议。
【岗位要求】
1、具备优秀的沟通协调能力与团队管理能力，能有效推动跨部门合作。
2、熟悉酒店预订系统（如Opera、PMS、中央预订系统等）及操作流程，能快速掌握新系统。
3、具备较强的数据分析能力，能利用预订数据辅助收益决策。
4、服务意识强，能沉着处理突发状况及客户投诉。
5、工作细致、责任心强，能承受一定工作压力，适应酒店业弹性工作时间。
6、有酒店预订或收益管理相关经验者优先，但本岗位不限学历、经验，欢迎具备上述能力素质的候选人。
