【岗位职责】
1、负责面包房日常运营与管理，确保所有烘焙产品符合酒店质量标准及食品安全规范。
2、根据菜单要求及季节变化，独立完成各类面包、丹麦酥、法棍、甜面团等产品的制作与出品。
3、监控原材料库存，合理控制损耗，协助进行采购计划及成本控制。
4、带领并指导面包房团队（包括实习生及帮厨）完成每日生产任务，确保出品时效与一致性。
5、参与新产品的研发与配方测试，定期更新面包房产品线以提升顾客满意度。
6、监督并维护面包房设备、工具及工作区域的清洁卫生，严格执行HACCP体系要求。
7、配合行政总厨完成部门排班、考勤及日常行政工作。
【岗位要求】
1、热爱烘焙行业，对面包制作有浓厚兴趣，具备扎实的烘焙基本功（学历、经验不限，酒店培训体系完善）。
2、工作认真细致，有责任心，能适应酒店行业早班及轮班工作节奏。
3、具备良好的团队协作能力与沟通能力，愿意指导新人共同成长。
4、具备基础的成本意识及食品安全意识，能严格遵守操作规范。
5、持有效健康证，无不良嗜好，年龄不限，能稳定长期发展。
