Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
Keep the food safety with different measures
领导、管理、培训、评估、控制和确保酒店食物、公共区域的卫生
Support the FSMS work
支持卫生管理工作
Process the purchasing & maintenance of the FMSM facilities
确保酒店检查卫生设备采购和维护
Handles equipment with care and practice economy / recycling of office materials whenever possible
切合实际回收利用办公室资源及设备
Ensures proper requisitioning and control of office supplies; follows up on delivery of materials where need
适当的运用和控制办公物品
Handle the FSMS training for internal staff
对酒店员工进行卫生知识培训
Maintains good relationships with colleagues and contributes to team spirit
和同事之间保持好的沟通,有团队精神
Co-operates and co-ordinates with colleagues and outside agencies whenever necessary
和同事及外部人员保持有好的关系
Interacts with other departments to provide additional or specialised guest services
和其他部门友好合作为客人提供额外的服务
Ensures timely reporting of malfunction, followed up with maintenance of appropriate office equipment when required

Handles all appointment requests for superior and schedule accordingly

Maintain and updates all files in a systematic manner
维护和更新餐饮部的文件并跟进
Types correspondence and ensure accuracy of grammar, composition and format
以正确的形式写文件
Handles incoming and outgoing calls according to hotel standards
以酒店的标准接听或拨打电话
Clears IN/OUT trays and distributes to addresses concerned
清理和分发餐饮部的相关文件
Ensures all correspondences, faxes, messages, emails are responded in a timely manner / disseminated accordingly
及时的查看并答复邮件,信件或传真,有必要时转发给相关人员
Handles all appointments concerning the superior(s) and keeps track of his / her daily schedule and engagements
替上级合理的安排时间表及约会
Ensures all arrangements are made prior to meetings (booking of function room, set ups, meeting materials etc.)
确定事前预定的会议(预定会议室,摆台及会议所需物品)
Co-ordinates with colleagues and representatives of other departments to ensure an efficient flow of communication
和同事及其他部门之间的协调工作
Inform concerned personnel with meeting details
通知相关人员会议的信息
Takes minutes for the meeting as required; ensure to disseminate minutes to all concerned
每天记录会议内容并发送给相关人员
Be familiar with relevant hygiene dept. and keep all the inspection record.
熟悉所有有关政府卫生部门,确保每种基本的试剂已注册并保持检查记录完善,以备后来的审核
Ensures security and upkeep of all department confidential files
保存部门的秘密文件并确保安全
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management,Minimum 2 year in hospitality industry as Secretary or other relent work.
大专/本科学位,酒店管理专业,至少两年在酒店行业任行政助理或相关职位。
