JOB OVERVIEW职位概述

Under the general direction of the Health Club Director and within the limited of established InterContinental Hotels Group and local hotel policies and procedures, Responsible for the operational efficiency of all  recreation areas during shift and the service delivery of those areas. Provide timely and professional  services in accordance with established scripting and standards. Promotes the desired work culture of winning ways of the InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责

•Upselling,achieve REC budget revenue.
积极推销，完成康乐部预算。
•Learning how to promote the activities 
通过相关培训学习 做好现有康乐活动的促销。
•Better control the department P&L. 
合理控制部门成本。
•Finished the revenue budget 
完成部门收入预算
•Be charming by being approachable, having confidence and showing respect;

理解和预测宾客的需要、做到细心周到、具主人翁精神、把事情办好，保持专注当下。
•Invite the guests to join the daily activities, create memorial impression to the guests. 
开发和组织有趣的活动项目，邀请客人参加，让客人尽兴而归，留下深刻印象。
•Solve the guests’ problem in time, report to the higher management team in time if the problem cannot be solved and feedback to the guests. 
及时解决客人遇到的问题，如有困难上报部门经理，并跟进问题的解决及时给予客人反馈。
•Ensure guests are safe in every outlet. 
确保每个区域的客人安全。
•Work better together with engineering for the green engage. 
配合工程部做好低碳、环保、节能、减排。
•Attend the socially activity that the hotel organized. 
参加酒店组织的社会公益活动。
•Co-ordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment
协调康乐设施和设备的所有保养工作。
•Coordinate the delivery of all recreational guest services and activities 
协调所有对客康乐服务与活动
•Responsible for the safety of all guest services
负责所有对客服务的安全 。
•Manage all staff in this department
管理部门内全体员工。
•Manage the sale and promotion of departmental products and services
对部门的产品及服务的销售工作进行管理。
•Access sales and marketing data
使用市场销售数据。
•Assist with the development of new products and services
协助新产品和服务的开发工作。
•Assist with the evaluation of sales and marketing activities
协助对销售和市场活动的评估。
•Anticipate economic business level fluctuations and makes action plans
预测业务水平并制定工作计划。
•Comply with all Hotel and corporate guidelines (eg  signage guidelines, safety guidelines, etc)
遵守酒店和企业指导方针（如标识指导方针安全指导方针等）。
•Deliver high quality service to guests
向客人提供高品质的服务。
•Adhere to departmental cleaning and maintenance programs 
遵守部门清洁和保养规定。
•Attend and input at management meetings as required 
按要求参加管理层会议并参与讨论。
•Works with Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs
协助人事部门人员预算制定
•Works with Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget. 
协助财务部完成部门收入预算的制定

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求

Required Skills –
技能要求 

•Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
•Good writing skills
具有良好写作技能
•Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 
熟练使用微软办公软件
•Problem solving and organizational abilities
具有解决问题和组织能力
•Life guard certification 
具有救生证

Qualifications –
学历

•Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
酒店行政管理，酒店管理或相关专业的大专学历或专业证书

Experience –
经历

•2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  
2年相关工作经历或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
