JOB OVERVIEW职位概述

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Dormitory Manager & Supervisor within the hotel policies and procedure.
遵照宿舍经理及宿舍主管的统一管理及监督，遵从饭店规章制度。做好宿舍经理及宿舍主管安排的各项工作。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责

•To complete any duties assigned by Dormitory Manager and Supervisor, try to learn some basic knowledge about dormitory management.
在宿舍经理和主管的领导下进行工作，掌握集体宿舍管理的基本常识，努力完成经理及主管交给的各项工作。
•Responsible for staff check in, check out and resigned procedure.
负责办理员工入住、退宿、离职等工作。
•To asst. supervisor for facilities maintenance, responsible for all area cleaning, report to supervisor & manager for any problem and accident.
协助做好宿舍范围内所有设备、用具的保管、保养和报修工作，做好区域巡查保洁工作，确保所有操作设备运行良好，发现问题及时处理，并向宿舍经理、主管报告。
•To asst. for keeping the dormitory safe, pay attention to the fire control and capitals.
协助保安部做好宿舍治安、消防、财产及人身安全工作。
•Responsible for public area cleaning.
负责所管辖公共区域的清洁卫生工作。
•Responsible for the room cleaning
负责退宿及入住前的房间卫生打扫。
•Responsible for the linen washing and saving.
负责退宿员工的布草洗涤和入库等等。
•To improve the team spirit, try to provide the service to staff on time.
加强团队的凝聚力，及时为住宿员工提供各种服务。
•To attend any meeting and training assigned by Dormitory Manager.
参加由酒店和宿舍经理安排的各项会议及培训。
•To abide the hotel regulation.
遵守酒店各项规章制度。
•Any other duties may be assigned by supervisor.
完成上级布置的其它工作。

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求

Required Skills –
技能要求 
•Strong skill in affinity, communication and coordination.
具备较好的亲和力和沟通能力。
•Familiar with the dormitory regulations
熟悉员工宿舍的规章制度。
•Familiar with the cleaning procedure.
熟悉清洁卫生流程。

Qualifications –
学历
•Middle School qualification and above is preferred.
初中以上学历。

Experience –
经历
•Not necessary.
