- Handle check-in and check-out procedures for customers, accurately operate the billing system to ensure correct charging.
为顾客办理上机、下机手续,准确操作计费系统,确保收费无误。
- Answer customers' inquiries about the facilities, service items and game activities of the E-sports.
解答顾客关于电竞中心设施、服务项目和游戏活动的咨询。
- Keep the environment in the E-sports clean. Regularly sweep the floor, wipe equipment and clean up garbage.
保持电竞中心内环境整洁,定期清扫地面、擦拭设备、清理垃圾。
- Maintain good ventilation in the E-sports to ensure fresh air and appropriate temperature.
维护电竞中心的通风良好,确保空气清新,温度适宜。
- Check the integrity of equipment and facilities, and report in time and assist maintenance personnel for repair.
检查设备设施的完好情况,及时报告并协助维修人员进行维修。
- Perform regular maintenance and upkeep on network equipment ,promptly update the software and firmware of the devices to ensure their performance and security.
对网络设备进行定期维护和保养,及时更新设备的软件和固件,确保设备的性能和安全性。
- Establish and maintain records for network equipment, documenting the configuration information, maintenance records, and fault handling situations of the devices.

- Closely monitor the safety situation in the E-sports to prevent adverse events such as theft and fighting.

- Be familiar with the location and usage method of fire-fighting equipment, and regularly check the effectiveness of fire-fighting facilities.

- Inquire and monitor suspicious persons to ensure the safety of the E-sports and customers.

- Provide beverage, food and other commodity services to customers in time to ensure commodity quality and sufficient supply.
