职位简介

Future Leader Aspire participants will rotate through each hotel department and complete online learning, understanding the broader hotel eco-system and drivers that impact financial performance, colleague engagement and the guest experience. They will be delegated responsibilities and duties as part of their programme’s rotation in the chosen area of specialization. 
“梦想之梯”管理培训生项目的参与者将轮流就职于酒店各个部门，并完成相关的在线学习内容，了解更广泛的酒店生态系统以及影响酒店财务业绩、员工融入度及宾客体验的驱动因素。根据该计划的轮岗要求，参与者将在其所选的专业领域承担起相关责任与义务。

•Possess basic level of English language (written and spoken) 
•具备一定的英语表达能力（包括口语和书面语）
•You’ll have the right to work – residency permit or passport 
•您必须有资格在当地工作（拥有居住许可证或护照）
•Have a hospitality degree from college or bachelor’s degree and 6 months hospitality
experience including internship (supervisory preferred) 
拥有大学学历，并具备至少6个月的酒店业工作/实习经验(主管经验将获优先考虑)
