1、确保嘉宾轩顺畅、高效地运作；
Ensures the smooth and efficient operations of the Regency Club Lounge. 
2、检查所有嘉宾轩抵、离客人的名单并在客人入住时欢迎他们；
Checks all Regency Club arrivals and departures list and meets with guest upon check-in. 
3、确保遵守所有物品存量标准；
Ensures all established par stocks are adhered to. 
4、协助嘉宾轩副理确保嘉宾轩按照既定的理念顺畅运转，并始终提供礼貌、专业、快捷、灵活的服务；
Assists the Regency Club Manager in efficiently running the Regency Club according to the   established concept statement providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times. 
5、以礼貌、高效的方式处理客人的要求，在遇到客人的投诉或问题是，如果不能立即解决，要向嘉宾轩副理汇报；
Handles guest issues in a courteous and efficient manner and reports guest complaints or problems to Regency Club Manager if no immediate solution can be found. 
6、确保在早餐及鸡尾酒时间内，食品、饮料的充足供应；
Ensures the replenishment of Food and Beverage during breakfast and cocktail hours is being carried out accordingly. 
7、与客房部配合，确保严格执行已定的清洁计划；
Organises and liaises with Housekeeping department to ensure that the established cleaning schedules are strictly adhered to. 
8、确保根据部门运营手册的要求为客人办理入住及离店手续；
Ensures all guests check-in and check-out are being handled according to the Departmental Operations Manual requirements. 
9、确保以正确的方式处理所有客人的信息和文件，并保守客人信息的机密性；
Ensures that all guest information and documents are being handled in a proper manner to protect the confidentiality of guest information. 
10、确保不将客人的房间号提供给未被授权的人，以最大限度地保证住店客人的安全；
To ensure that guest’s room number is not given to unauthorised person as to ensure maximum security for the in-house guests.
