To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests

To ensure GSO’s follow the spa experience programme for meeting and greeting guests at all times
必须确保美体师/按摩师遵守预约时间表提供服务
Must ensure that the aestheticians/therapists adhere to appointment timings
关注所有设备的状态,将保养需求和维修需求通知助理经理
Monitor status of all equipment and notify the Assistant Manager if there are any maintenance or repair needs Promptly record equipment issues in the log book ie Fixtures missing etc, and notify the spa maintenance personnel

Promote events and promotions to all guests
达到每日的销售目标并努力达到团队月度销售目标
