To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the Hotel

根据确定的运营时间保证水疗中心和健身中心按时营业

To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Spa and Fitness areas

确保水疗中心前台和周围区域的整洁有序

To ensure that the spa reception, and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times

关注日常消耗品的用量和库存

To monitor operating supplies and inventory levels

礼貌并有效地处理所有来自客人的询问和投诉，跟进并敦促解决无法立即处理的投诉，达到客人的满意

To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests

确保宾客服务主任遵循水疗中心的程序迎接、问候客人

To ensure GSO’s follow the spa experience programme for meeting and greeting guests at all times

必须确保美体师/按摩师遵守预约时间表提供服务

Must ensure that the aestheticians/therapists adhere to appointment timings

关注所有设备的状态，将保养需求和维修需求通知助理经理

Monitor status of all equipment and notify the Assistant Manager if there are any maintenance or repair needs Promptly record equipment issues in the log book ie Fixtures missing etc, and notify the spa maintenance personnel

向所有客人介绍促销活动

Promote events and promotions to all guests

达到每日的销售目标并努力达到团队月度销售目标

Responsible for achieving daily sales targets and contributing to monthly spa team target

提交相关的管理报告和图表

To create reports or charts for management

处理预定系统中的月度报表

Handling month end reports from RA operating system

在预订系统中更新服务项目、价格、排班计划等内容

Responsible to update RA operating system with new treatment/prices, roster, therapists
