Follows up sales leads whenever required or assigned by the Catering Sales Managers / Executives.
根据宴会销售经理/主任的要求或指派，跟进相应的销售交易。
Prepares, compiles and distributes the weekly / monthly reports in a timely manner.  
及时准备、编写和分发每周/每月报告。
Ensures the activities/events Log Book is being accurately maintained.
准确地对活动/宴会记录文档进行保管
Assists in the compilation of Market Surveys and Competitor Research reports.
协助市场调查和竞争对手调查报告的编写。
Assists in the distributions of relevant hotel information to clients when required.
有需要时，协助把酒店相关信息传达给客户。
Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests needs and
expectation are being met.
与相关的运营部门保持良好的协调和合作关系，确保满足客人的要求和期望。
Prepares and ensures all Events Orders are distributed to concerned department on a timely manner.
准备并确保所有的宴会订单及时地分发给相关的部门。
Assists the Catering Sales Manager / Executives to follow up on all matters in the absent of the
Catering Sales Manager / Executives.
宴会销售经理/主任不在时，协助跟进所有相关的事务。
Practices excellent Telephone Handling Skills and is capable of excellent Telephone Sales.
展示优秀的电话处理技巧，具备电话销售的能力。
Ensures that a professional and appropriate image is projected at all times while on
duty.  
确保在工作时间内总是展现专业而适度的形象。
