Plan, organize, direct, control and supervise the works of hissubordinates in his shift, ensuring that they are carrying out the basicfunctions of their positions.  计划、组织、指挥、控制和监督班内员工的工作，确保他们做好自己的本职工作。
·      Report to the Guest Support Manager/ Director of Engineering any unusualoccurrences with respect to equipment and personnel.     向工程总工程师/副总工程师汇报任何有关人员或设备的异常情况。
·      Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Director ofEngineering/ GSM.  执行工程总工程师/ 副总工程师指派的其它任务。
·      Render overtime or change of time schedules as situation may requirewithout any delay.
当工作需要时，随时服从加班或换班的安排。
·      Relieve Plant Attendant during meal breaks and call of nature. 在用餐时间，接替值班工作人员。
·      Ensure presence of Engineering staff as needed by the Hotel’soperations.     确保工程部员工按酒店营运的需要出勤。
·      Ensure thatEngineering staff adhere to the rules and regulations of the Hotel.   确保工程部员工按酒店营运的需要出勤。
·      Familiarizing self with rules. 
确保工程部员工遵守酒店的规章制度。
