Ensure that the
maintenance of heating, ventilating, air condition and refrigeration system of
the Hotel are carried out in accordance with standards engineering practices.
确保酒店的采暖、通风、空调和冷冻系统的维护保养工作符合工程操作标准。
Clean filters,
evaporator coils and condenser coils in accordance with set schedules and
practices provided for all AHU, FCU, reach-in, and walk-in coolers, window
type, split-type airconditioner, refrigerators, display units, etc.
按照现定的时间表，清洁全部风柜、盘管风机、冰箱、冷柜和冷库以及窗式或分体式空调及展示柜的过滤器、蒸发器盘管和冷凝器盘管。
 Ensure that all work
orders for his trade is carried out quickly, accurately, skillfully,
economically, efficiently and completely. 

确保与其工种有关的工作单进行迅速、精确、精心、经济和有效率地工作。
 Ensure good housekeeping
and orderliness in his works on machines as needed.
保持工作区域干净和整洁。
 Assist the follow
workers in carrying out repair works on machines as needed.
























帮助其他员工一起进行机器维修工作。
 Record all services and
maintenance work done on all             
HVAC and refrigeration equipment in his logbook and         equipment record.
完成所有空调和冷冻设备的维修工作后，在工作日志和设备档案卡做好记录。
Immediately notify the
Duty Engineer on duty of any unusual occurences or observation with respect to HVAC
and refrigeration equipment and or personnel.
在所有空调和冷冻设备出现异常情况，立即汇报值班工程师。
 When in doubt, consult
the Duty Engineer on duty, GSTL or                the Director of Engineering.
当遇到问题时，可请教领班、值班工程师、副总工程师和工程总工程师。
 Render overtime or
changes time schedule as the situation                  may require without any
delay.
当工作需要时，要加班或换班。
Make sure that all
standard procedures of maintenance is adhered to.
依照标准维护保养程序进行维护。
Perform other tasks as
may be assigned by the Director of        
Engineering.
执行工程总工程师指派的其它任务。
Responds to emergency
calls and leads the emergency brigade in containing the situation.
