职位描述
The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Business Development Executive/Sales Executive in managing the hotel account portfolio, follow up a defined number of account and be acted as department administrative.
销售协调员负责协助销售主任/销售经理管理酒店客户资料册,旨在创造并使酒店收益及市场份额最大化。跟进一定数量的客户并承担部门行政工作。
FINANCIAL RETURNS 财务回报
- Assist the Business Development team to create account portfolio according to the IHG procedures.
协助两家酒店业务拓展团队根据IHG酒店酒店集团业务拓展标准操作流程建立客户档案。
- Assist in data input in system.
协助输入系统数据。
- Handle sales enquire to relay the requests to respective sales associates
处理销售问题并将请求转达至相关销售人员。
- To be in charge of the office filing system and be sure that all correspondence are properly filed.
负责办公室销售输入系统,并确保所有通信系统状态完好。
- To make certain that all hotel collateral are well stocked and are properly stored.
确保所有酒店产品正确入库存放。
- Complete hotel seasonal sales task.
完成酒店季节性销售。

- Responsible for the daily administrative work of the department.
负责部门日常行政工作。
- Compile the attendance record and keep track on all overtime record and leave application record.
负责员工考勤,及记录员工加班、请假等信息。
- To manage the office supplies inventory of the department and minimize any wastage.
控制办公室耗用品的盘存,缩减浪费。
- In charge of the departmental notice board and make certain that the relevant information is posted.
负责更新部门通告栏,并及时张贴相关信息。
- Preparing meeting minutes and distribute to related personnel.
记录会议纪要并分发给相关人员。
- Act as a key coordinator between Human Resources on roster arrangements, attendance record, leave record and other HR related matters.
协调安排人员排班,出勤,请假和其他人事事务。
- Handle the flow of correspondence and memos with other departments.
负责处理与其他部门的通信和备忘录的流转。
- Responsible for the tracking of various expenses incurred such as transportation, sales trip, and office supplies etc.
负责追踪部门产生的交通,销售旅途费用和办公室耗用品的费用开支。
- Communicate to his/her superior any issues encountered and other relevant information
就任何问题、其他相关信息与他/她的上级进行沟通交流。
- Attend and participate in training sessions, daily briefings and other meetings as required
按照要求参加培训课程、每日简报和其他会议。

- Properly dressed in uniform with the general appearance according to the hotel standard.
按照酒店标准,仪容仪表装扮得体。
- Compliance to the standards set up for the sales operation including telephone handling, punctuality, hotel rules, regulations and SOPs.
遵循电话接听、出勤、酒店规章制度和标准操作程序等销售标准。
- Handling incoming calls and assist in handling guest enquire.
负责接听电话并协助处理客人疑问。
- Prepare sales contracts and correspondence for customers.
为客人准备销售合同和商业信函。
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS 企业责任
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of an accurate record of all relevant activities in the provided Sales System (i.e. Delphi; Opera; etc.) for future reference and control purposes
确保在提供的销售系统中对相关活动记录进行准确、实时更新,以方便后期查询及效果控制。
- Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community.
在当地社区提升酒店及品牌的意识度及知名度。
