制定并保持工作的服务标准，推动员工达到共同目标；
根据总工的指示，做好任务分配，并在任务完成的过程中进行跟进和指导；
组好班组之间的交接工作，确保工作顺利进行；
定期对机房、相关系统和设备的运转进行检查，并及时给出反馈；

负责对员工的过失提出处理建议；
确保能源管理计划有密切的监督，和有效的执行(煤气、水、电和柴油)
