1.检查贵宾客人房间，通知客房部有关日常维护和修理的事宜。

Inspects VIP guest rooms, informs Housekeeping regarding maintenance and repairs.

2.督导部门员工以保证客人得到亲切，体贴和个性化的服务与重视。

Supervision department staff to ensure that guests receive friendly, attentive and personalized service and attention.

3. 如果在允许的情况下不要流失任何客人。

If the situation allows no loss of any guests.

4. 坚持检查房间数量的精确性。

To check the room number of accuracy.

5. 管理和监督所负责分部员工的仪容仪表。

Management and supervision of the division responsible for grooming of the staff.

二. 日常工作 Routine

1.紧密联系行政管家确保达到客人的特别要求，房间欢迎物品和相关的要求。

Closely related to executive housekeeper ensure guest requests, room welcomes articles and related requirements.

2. 保持和客房部的紧密沟通，提前安排房间给预到客人，以保障良好的房间状态。

Maintain close communication with the housekeeping department, to arrange the room to the guest, in order to protect the good room status.

3. 积极推行酒店相关增收方案。

Actively promote the hotel income scheme.

4. 完成部门经理安排的其它任务。

Complete other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
