一、管理监控部门各项管理工作 Departmental Management
1. 根据酒店销售目标，制定年度市场公关宣传计划，以支持市场销售总监完成销售目标，得到最多的收入；
Develops an annual communications plan with specific goals and budgets to assist DOSM to maximize the revenue and achieve the sales goal.
2. 计划和控制市场传媒部的整体预算；Plan and control dept’s budget.
3. 管理市场传讯部的邮件清单；
Managing the mails list of Marcom Dept.
 
4.每月提交市场传讯报告；
Submit Marcom report per month.

5, 参与制定部门月度开支预测；
Participates in monthly forecasting of Department’s expenses.

6. 了解经济水平的预测情况并在制订计划和决策时予以充分考虑。
Get information on economy fluctuation and take into consideration when making plans/decisions.
7.控制酒店推广赠品的数量；
Controlling the quantity of promotion gift of hotel.
二、组织安排各种公关活动，提高酒店市场形象及知名度
Organize various pulic relations, advertising activities, improve hotel marketing image and reputation
1. 按公关计划，组织安排酒店的公关活动。
Takes ownership by developing, executing and following up on the hotel's public relations schedules. 
2. 与各种营销渠道及组织保持良好的沟通并提供合适的素材，以确保其正确宣传酒店的产品及服务。
Communicates and submits appropriate material（press release etc) to all marketing channels and organizations that assists in promoting the hotel to ensure they are well equipped to sell the property.
3. 与各种不同的媒体合作，并共同组织各种营销活动。
Co-ordinates various media and marketing activities and events.  
4. 通过参加本地市场内的各种营销活动，树立酒店在本地市场的形象。
Builds profile within local market place through attendance at various events and local market place.                                                                                                      
5.在市场销售总监的指导下，组织活动包括邀请媒体，本地重要人物，公司客户，旅行社和其他相关客人.
Organizes promotional events, including invitations to the media, local VIP's, corporate accounts, clients, travel agents and other related guests.
6. 计划与协调饭店赞助的活动。
Plans and coordinates all sponsorshi pactivities
7. 有预见性地策划直销活动，并监督整个执行过程；
Be pro-active in the conceptual planning of DM activities, and oversees their execution. 
8. 监控及检查直销活动的客户反馈度，并进一步改进并实施正确措施；
Monitors and review the response rates on the DM to improve and take corrective measures.
9. 维护酒店及品牌形象，对外担当酒店的正式发言人。
Acts as official spokesperson for hotel, maintain the imgage of the brand and the hotel. 
三、维护各种媒体、政府、组织的良好关系，维护酒店和集团的良好形象
Establish good relationship with media, government, organization, to maintain good image of the hotel and the brand. 
1. 建立及维护媒体档案库，并维护媒体关系；
Compiles and maintains a comprehensive list of media contacts and manages them as per the media account management system.

2. 建立、保持与广告商和公共关系组织的良好关系。
Liaises with advertising and public relation agencies.
3. 与媒体、本地社区、客户及万达总部保持密切联系，代表并宣传饭店形象。
Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the media, local community, the customer base and Wanda offices. 
4. 协助总经理和市场销售总监与旅游局、外事办、外宣办、当地政府高级官员等建立和保持友好关系；
Assist the DOSM and GM to establish and maintain contacts with Tourism Bureau, Foreign Affairs Office, Spokesperson’s Office and leaders from local government.
