We are seeking a full-time dynamic and experienced General Manager a brand-new internationally Five-star branded hotel in Nairobi, Kenya, located in CBD of the city.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Passion for your role with Result-oriented
Demonstrated ability to build strong and effective relationships with industry, clients and staff
Strong experience in managing budgets and productivity
Understanding of both hotel pre-opening and operations
A solid understanding of Work Health and Safety compliance
A 'can do' attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
International full-serviced hotel management and operational skills is a must
Related working experience in East Africa or Africa is a preferred.
