5. 团队建设：领导和管理各部门经理及员工，培养高效团队，推动员工职业发展。

6. 市场推广：与市场销售部门合作，制定营销策略，拓展客源渠道，提升酒店入住率。

7. 安全合规：确保酒店运营符合法律法规要求，保障客人和员工的安全。

任职要求：

1. 教育背景：大专及以上学历，酒店管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。

2. 工作经验：8年以上酒店行业经验，有机场酒店管理经验。

3. 领导能力：具备卓越的领导力和决策能力，能够带领团队实现目标。

4. 沟通协调：出色的沟通技巧，能够与不同层级的人员有效协作。

5. 创新思维：富有创新精神，能够根据市场需求调整经营策略。

6. 语言能力：沟通能力强，具备良好的书面表达能力。
