Job Description： 
1. Fully responsible for management on business and staff, making hotel development
    strategy.
2. Report hotel business indicators and performance regularly to the owner company.
3. Responsible for overall operations management, including to maximize revenue, increase
    occupancy rates, complete hotel's strategic plan, occupy and analysis base on the
    hospitality traditional market, to open new business according to the local marketing
    needs as well as cost control to be considered.
4. In charge of establishing a high-qualified hotel management team.
5. In accordance with the group operating management standards, standing out the brand    
    advantages.
6. Coordinate with the management group for sharing business information and maintain
    the relationships between management group and the owner company.

Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above, same working experience in international hotels is preferred.
2. 5years administration experience in international hotels is a must, familiar with hotel
    operation and management.
3. Strong knowledge on all departments operation and management especially for
    rooms,restaurants, lobby and other key functions, well understanding of hotel SOP and
    P&P.
4. Strong communication skills with excellent team-work spirit and leadership skills.
5. Proficient English in verbal and writing.

2. 定期向业主公司总经理汇报酒店的经营指标与业绩。
3. 负责酒店的全面运营管理，其中包括使酒店收益最大化、增加客房入住率、完成酒店的战略规
    划、占据酒店的传统市场、根据当地酒店业的特色开辟新的市场份额、控制成本等。
4. 负责建立酒店的高素质管理团队。
5. 依照雅阁集团的运营标准经营管理酒店，突出集团的品牌优势。
6. 协调与雅阁酒店管理集团及业主公司间的业务关系。

任职要求：
1. 大学本科以上学历，有在高星级酒店总经理工作经验者优先。
2. 五年以上国际化星级酒店行政管理工作经验，熟悉酒店各部门的经营管理工作。
3. 通晓酒店各部门的经营管理工作，尤其是客房，餐饮，前厅等关键职能，理解酒店的管理机制
    和程序。
4. 有较强的沟通协调和创新能力，有良好的团队意识和领导能力。
5. 熟练的英语听说读写能力。
