岗位职责：

1.清楚地了解其分管区域的销售目标，并预先在销售计划中将其按年/月/周的目标进行细分。

2.安排每日走访的客户，以期在客房及餐饮上为酒店寻求更多的业务。

3.以最有效的方式划分销售区域。

4.履行客户关系管理的职责，通过完成计划周详的客户拜访实现销售目标。

5.提供售后服务，确保认真对待所有投诉，在必要时与相关部门进行沟通。

6.根据各自管辖区域撰写市场及竞争者情况报告。

7.确保所有客户信息的时时更新，包括数据信息的更新，产品跟踪，客户动向。

8.向销售总监提交每周和每月报告。

9.向销售总监就针对细分市场的促销活动提出建议。

10.与销售总监一起参加每月“Account Productivity”回顾。

11.参加销售例会，就客户动向及市场走势市场与销售总监进行沟通，及时更新。

12.遵守酒店的政策和程序。

13.对个人表现进行时时分析，评估和改进。

14.完成其他交予的工作。

岗位要求：
1、高中以上文化程度，有星级酒店工作经验优先
2、形象气质佳，外表端庄大方，身体健康、干净整洁

3、善于与人交际，有亲和力，待人热情、友善，有礼貌，性格外向、机警灵活、工作勤奋。
4、熟练掌握销售的方法和推销技巧，并能在工作中灵活运用。
5、熟悉酒店各个部门的运作程序，沟通协调能力强。
