1. Security Operation安全操作
- Ensure corporate policies, guidelines and directives on safety and security of human lives and hotel’s assets are implemented.

- Plan goals and work scope for all Loss Prevention personnel.

- Recommend and advise on budgetary requirements and expenditure.

- Detail work schedules, specific tasks and duties of all Loss Prevention personnel, in order to ensure smooth operations of day-to-day security activities and functions.

- Assumes responsibility in the identification and resolution of all operational problems relating to the safety and security of human lives and assets.

- Directs and co-ordinates all activities in the Loss Prevention department.

- Organizes systematic supervision and patrolling activities by all Loss Prevention Personnel within and around the hotel premises including storage and blind areas.

- Develop plans and programs for the hotel in all aspects of security management.

- Recommends on safety requirements and be proactive and resourceful in the anticipation of changes in human and social needs pertaining to security in the hotel.

- Review and improve on security systems and equipment when necessary. Ensure that all statutory obligations in relation to security are met.

- Is responsible for the recruitment, training, coaching, counseling, evaluating performance and administration of all Loss Prevention personnel.

- Establish rapport and co-operation with the Police, Fire Department, National Security Bureau and all relevant authorities, and co-ordinate any inquiries from them.

2. Emergency Response紧急应对
l In the event of emergency, instruct Loss Prevention Personnel to perform their duties.

- Coordinate with FO, ENG, HSKP, other concerned department heads and Crisis Management Team to make decision and activities.

- Provide appropriate suggestion on emergent response and recovery.

- Stay with official authority to provide assistance when the scene was hand over to them.

- Oversee maintenance and handling of equipment used.

- Create and improve the understanding and awareness of security & safety of all new associates on orientation.

- Arrange follow-up training for each department to meet their specific security & safety needs.

- Arrange daily training topic and schedule for own department.

- Participate actively in company initiated employee activities.

- Adhere to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the hotel.

- Make sure all Loss Prevention Personnel understand and obey these standards.

6. Attendance出勤
- Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and time keeping.

- All changes on shift, i.e. annual leave, change leave, no pay leave, etc. should be approved by Loss Prevention (Asst.) Manager.
所有的排班变化,包括年假、调修、事假等要由安全部(副)经理同意
7. Company Policies And Procedures公司政策和程序
- Adhere to the provisions outlined in the Employee’s Handbook Disciplinary Code and Rules and Regulations.

- Reduce waste to supplies and materials by reusing or selling.
