职位描述

1.    Security Operation安全操作

- Ensure corporate policies, guidelines and directives on safety and security of human lives and hotel’s assets are implemented.

确保企业关于人身和财产的安全保安方面的政策、方针和指导方向的正确执行

- Plan goals and work scope for all Loss Prevention personnel.

为所有安全部人员安全工作目标和范围

-  Recommend and advise on budgetary requirements and expenditure.

筹划部门预算和支出

-  Detail work schedules, specific tasks and duties of all Loss Prevention personnel, in     order to ensure smooth operations of day-to-day security activities and functions.

将所有安全部人员的工作时间表、任务职责细节化,确保部门日常安全工作的正常运转

-  Assumes responsibility in the identification and resolution of all operational problems relating to the safety and security of human lives and assets.

识别并解决实际操作中遇到与人身财产有关的安全问题

-  Directs and co-ordinates all activities in the Loss Prevention department.

指导和协调所有安全部内部的活动

- Organizes systematic supervision and patrolling activities by all Loss Prevention Personnel within and around the hotel premises including storage and blind areas.

组织系统化的针对酒店及周边区域(包括仓库和限制区域)的监督和巡逻

-  Develop plans and programs for the hotel in all aspects of security management.

制定所有酒店安全管理方面的方案和程序

- Recommends on safety requirements and be proactive and resourceful in the anticipation of changes in human and social needs pertaining to security in the hotel.

提供安全需求建议,积极了解人员和社会上的变化对酒店安全工作的影响

- Review and improve on security systems and equipment when necessary. Ensure that all statutory obligations in relation to security are met.

审核和提高安全系统和设备。确保符合所有的书面规定

-  Is responsible for the recruitment, training, coaching, counseling, evaluating performance and administration of all Loss Prevention personnel.

负责安全部人员的雇佣、培训、指导、咨询、绩效评估和行政管理。

-  Establish rapport and co-operation with the Police, Fire Department, National Security Bureau and all relevant authorities, and co-ordinate any inquiries from them.

和警方、消防局、安全局和其他政府机构保持良好的合作关系,配合他们进行调查

-  Generate and compile monthly reports for corporate office.

完成月度企业报告

-  Identify key & walkie-talkie check report and communicate the result and improvement measure to concerned department.

-  Assist the Human Resources Department in conducting security checks on associates and their lockers.

-  Evaluate and implement proper measure to eliminate hazards.

-  Participate in monthly fire drill, report Fire Drill Summary on next Executive Meeting.

-  Safety Committee Meeting should be hold monthly, all department heads / managers should be included.

- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

2.    Emergency Response紧急应对

l  In the event of emergency, instruct Loss Prevention Personnel to perform their duties.

紧急情况下,指示安全部人员履行他们的职责

-  Coordinate with FO, ENG, HSKP, other concerned department heads and Crisis Management Team to make decision and activities.

和前厅、工程、客房及其他相关部门和危急管理小组一起协调做出决定和采取行动

- Provide appropriate suggestion on emergent response and recovery.

提供适当的紧急应对和恢复的建议

- Stay with official authority to provide assistance when the scene was hand over to them.

3.    Care of Equipment设备维护

- Oversee maintenance and handling of equipment used.

监督设备的维护和使用

- All property equipments meet the requirement of security & safety procedure & policy; suggest appropriate improvement to concerned department if necessary.

4.    Training And Employees Activities培训和员工活动

-  Create and improve the understanding and awareness of security & safety of all new associates on orientation.

在新员工入职培训的时候进行安全、保安的培训,建立和提高安全意识和知识

-  Arrange follow-up training for each department to meet their specific security & safety needs.

为每个部门安排复训以使他们满足本部门的工作安全需要

-  Arrange daily training topic and schedule for own department.

安排本部门的每天培训主题和时间表

-  Participate actively in company initiated employee activities.

积极参与公司组织的员工活动

5.    Grooming And Hygiene仪容和卫生

-  Adhere to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the hotel.

遵守酒店关于卫生和员工仪容仪表的要求

-  Make sure all Loss Prevention Personnel understand and obey these standards.

督促安全部人员了解和遵守酒店的标准

6.    Attendance出勤

- Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and time keeping.

遵守出勤和考勤制度

-  All changes on shift, i.e. annual leave, change leave, no pay leave, etc. should be approved by Loss Prevention (Asst.) Manager.

所有的排班变化,包括年假、调修、事假等要由安全部(副)经理同意

7.    Company Policies And Procedures公司政策和程序

-  Adhere to the provisions outlined in the Employee’s Handbook Disciplinary Code and Rules and Regulations.

遵守员工手册内的列出的规章制度

8.    Environmental Awareness环境保护

-  Reduce waste to supplies and materials by reusing or selling.

循环利用或出售耗材以减少浪费

-  Recycle, when possible.

-  尽可能的回收废弃物品

-  Conserve water and energy by adhering to environmental / energy conservation checklist appropriate for her area.

根据环保节能的要求节约使用周边区域的水和能源

9.    Guiding Principles指导原则

- Practice the guiding principles in day to day interactions.
