To manage sales activities and eventsinline with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budgetand sales strategy for your hotel.

Main Responsibilities工作职责

Monitors competitors activities andassists in marketing intelligence

Sells to new, existing and prospectivecustomers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiatingoptimum rate for the benefit of the business

Services existing business throughmanagement of account bases

通过客户管理,向现有的客户提供服务。

Sell all facets of the hotel

销售酒店的所有设施。

Develop and maintain a regular patternof sales calls, meeting with principals of target market

设立和保持定期的销售拜访模式,与目标市场的主要人物会面。

Provides direction on, and conductsmarket research and analysis

指导和进行市场调研和分析。

Develops and maintains contact withbusiness generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/conventionbureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, GovernmentDepartments and other producers closely allied to Hotel business

Builds profile within local market placethrough attendance at various events and local market place

Interfaces with operations on a timelybasis

Sustainable Development(Planet 21) Responsibilities21世纪地球可持续发展

Know how to present the Accor and brandsustainable development program;

了解如何介绍雅高及其品牌的可持续发展计划;

When possible, promote sustainabledevelopment actions set up by the hotel; inform customers of those involvingthem directly (e.g. fair trade* products);

可能情况下,宣传酒店制定的可持续发展措施;让客户了解他们能够直接参与(如公平贸易*产品);

Know how to answer customers' simplequestions on local risks and the transmission of epidemics such as malaria* ordengue* in relevant countries and be able to guide customers if they want moreinformation;

Inform the director of reservationrequests liable to breach our commitment to fight against sex tourism;

Profile资料

Knowledge and Experience知识与经验

Diploma, degree or masters in hospitality– hospitality management school

旅游管理学校旅游专业毕业证书,学位证书。

2 to 5years' professional experience andperfect knowledge of sales professions

25年工作经验及优秀销售专业知识。

Demonstrated ability to interact withcustomers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, thebrand and the Company.

具有代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力

Computer literate in the Windowsenvironment, PMS, Hotix, Tars online, with an aptitude for new technologies

熟悉电脑操作,能够操作专业软件。

Fluent in the national language andbusiness English (A 3rd language would be an advantage)

普通话和商务英语流利,会第三门语言优先。
