岗位职责：
1 负责各厨房的日常操作。
2 按照酒店标准和程序确保食品质量收货的最高标准。
3 确保饭店内食品，成品或半成品保持一贯质量、口味及外观。
4 在预算范围内提供高质量食品并保证利润。
5 计划出品并管理、协调主厨、厨师及其他厨房员工的工作。
6 同时也要关注竞争对手的价格，质量及商品之广告推销。
岗位要求：
1 至少两年以上五星级酒店行政总厨相关工作经验，有酒店筹开业工作经验者优先。
2 有领导能力、组织能力及培训资格。
3 具有良好的英语基础和良好的沟通能力。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：英语-熟练
