MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能 :
 
To assist theRestaurant Manager in the day to day operations of the restaurant in such amanner as to maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention tocomplete guest satisfaction, associate welfare, and profit margins.
餐厅副经理必须在的餐厅营运中必须掌握每天的收入和成本同时密切的关注客人的满意程度，员工的满意程度，以及收益的底线。
 
MAJORRESPONSIBILIES 責任概要 :
 
Assist the Restaurant Manager in being responsible for therestaurant area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within theframework of the hotel.餐厅副经理必须负责餐厅的正常运转，以及在酒店范围内的有利工作。
Assist in maintaining the overall welfare of our associatesby providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests协助上级保持员工的培训和用来服务客人的资源。
Assist to achieve departmental budget goals by maintainingprofits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure协助上级完成提高利润并达到部门的指定成本目标，以及有效的控制支出。.
Work with the Restaurant Manager to be responsible for themonthly department Profit & Loss Statement.

OPERATIONS
Assist in the preparation of the yearly department budgetby using history & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budgetthat reflects the achievable capabilities.根据历史和预测协助上级制定每年可行性的预算。
Assist in accurately forecasting business demands to ensureefficient staffing & food production.协助上级根据营业准确的指定人员的配备和食品的产量。
Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all MarriottS.O.P.’s & Property L.S.O.P.’s.准确的领悟和执行公司制定的S.O.P以及资产L.S.O.P。
Enforce operational Standards that are periodicallyreviewed & updated.周期性的回顾和更新工作的执行标准。
Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitationstandards at all times.要在任何时间负责部门的安全和卫生标准。
Enforce Marriott’s 39-point sanitation checklist by havingall outlets inspected on a monthly basis.所有部门每月根据万豪的39点清洁核对表并执行检查。
Be responsible for asset management of all outlet propertyand facilities.负责并管理部门所有的财产。
Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthlybasis.每月检验工程与维护。
Enforce Marriott’s Principles of Hospitality at all times.任何时间遵循万豪的原则精神。
Above all, to lead by example through a “hands on” approachto motivate our associates to excel.运用好的例子来激励员工们的优点。  HUMAN RESOURCES
Assist in the development and implementation of managementtraining plans for subordinate managers and supervisors on a quarterly basis inconjunction with HRD.发展和培养对督导的培训, 拟定计划上传给人事部总监
Conduct a departmental daily “15 Minute” training program.每天按照部门的15分钟培训计划表进行培训。
Assist in the execution of all associate performancereviews in a professional and timely manner.协助上级运用专业和适时的方法去完成对员工的成绩回顾。
Assist in all aspects of associate management includinghiring, discipline in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager.协助餐厅经理完成对员工纪律的管理。
Assist in conducting an effective monthly associate meetingwith minutes and P&A forwarded to the GM, F & B and HRD.准确的把每月员工会议的小结转给总经理和餐饮以及人事部总监。
Be responsible for the completion of the wage progressreport on a weekly basis.每周按照出勤率完成工资报表。
Practice “open door” policy to all associates.运用开放式的政策对待每为员工。
 
ADMINISTRATIVE
Prepare efficient schedules for management and associates.为管理层和员工制定高效率的时刻表。
Be responsible for all accounting and billing procedures inthe outlets.负责全部部门里的财务及帐单。
Be responsible for the accurate supervision of theassociate time control and payroll systems by working with Accounting and HRD.负责部门里的财务,单帐及考勤.
Assist in planning outside associates activity to promoteteamwork.协助上级在员工中推广团队工作的精神。
Promote positive inter-departmental relations throughcandid communication and cooperation.积极的建立跨部门的沟通与合作关系。
Respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours inwhat is deemed the appropriate manner.查询和关注客人在24小时内以适当的方式去完成。
Perform any reasonable request made of management which isnot life threatening or against the law.为管理制定的要求必须合理没有任何的威胁和打击。
