SPECIFIC DUTIES
工作任务 :
1. Keep close coordination with Guest Services for all vehicles requests.Mainly providing driving services for the hotel general manager.
关于车辆需求与宾客服务保持密切联系。主要为酒店总经理提供驾驶服务。
2. Perform vehicles check on a daily basis to ensure they are in safe driving conditions.
严格执行车辆的检查制度确保车辆的安全行驶。
3. All drivers must attend monthly Safety meeting if possible.
如可以的话，所有司机必须参加每月安全会议。
4. Ensure that vehicles have enough petrol before the beginning of each shift.
每个班次工作前需确保汽车有足够的汽油。
5. Drivers must abide by all safety rules and regulations of driving.
根据交通规则安全驾驶车辆。
6. Greet and welcome guests when they arrive at airport and leaving the hotel.
客人到达机场和离开酒店时应该问候并欢迎客人。
7. Assist guests with their baggage.
帮助客人将行李装上或卸下车厢。
8. Ensure that their vehicles are parked and locked at all times in proper parking space.
确保汽车停放在准确的位置并锁上。
9. Should there be any problem with the vehicle, driver must report to the Guest Services Manager immediately.
汽车出现故障时立即报告宾客服务经理。
10. Ensure that the vehicle interior and exterior is clean at all times.
时刻确保车辆内、外干净和整洁。
11. Ensure that the driver’s office is clean at all times.
时刻保持司机办公室清洁和整洁。
12. Know and understand all emergency and evacuation procedures.
熟悉紧急情况程序及疏散程序。
13. Abide by all Marriott standard policies and procedures.
保持和执行万豪服务标准和制度。
14. Wear clean uniform and name tag, and abide by the Marriott glooming standard.
穿戴着整洁干净的制服和名牌，服从万豪仪容仪表标准。
15. Lead guests to hotel transportation.
带领客人前至酒店车辆
16. Standby at the airport at least 5 minutes before the arrival flight time.
至少在飞机到达前5分钟在机场等候
17. Advise Concierge desk any changes of flight schedule.
及时询问礼宾部有关飞机航班的任何变动
18. Ensure that guests’ name are on signage when receiving them at the airport.
确保带着写有客人姓名的接客牌在机场接机
19. Carry the Basic card during work hours and know the Basic of the Day.
工作时间带着“真挚关爱”卡并且知道今天是第几条
20. To assume any other duties & responsibilities as assign by the management.
