 Position Summary职位概述:
1. To meet, greet and bid farewell to all guest with a warm, friendly and genuine smile.
以热情、友好和真诚的笑容来迎接、问候，欢送所有的客人。
2. To assist the Front Desk when there is no guest in the pool area.
当游泳池区域没有客人时协助前台员工工作。
3. To be able to assist and explain the use of Health Club facilities.
能协助并解释健身中心设备的使用方法。
4. Be vigilant and responsible for the safety of all guests within the pool areas
随时警惕和负责游泳池区域内客人的人身安全。
5. To ensure the safety of all guest using the health club facilities.
确保所有客人在使用健身设备时的安全。
6. To monitor the water level and chlorine.  Report to Assistant Health Club Manager for any issue.
检测水压及氯气含量，及时向健身中心副经理报告。
7. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability 工作技能技巧要求：1. Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
以较强的人际交往能力提高客人满意度。
2. Ability to operates the gym equipment and swim, Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy period.
懂得使用健身设备及游泳，面对大量工作时，能承受工作压力，能处理紧急情况。
3. Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect and analyze accurate information and resolve conflicts.
擅长于处理宾客关系，能快速有效的应对各种问题。
4. Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
能在强压下胜任工作。
5. Minimum 2 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
至少两年的工作经验或相关技能的学习。
6. Holds Life Guard Certificate.
具有救生员证。
