• 确保水疗中心的营业和关闭顺利有效地进行。

• 保持工作区域的高度清洁，包括零售产品展示区域，接待台，布草，茶水间，按摩室，潮湿区域，户外游泳池及健身中心。

• 确保所有物品存放不超过3个月，进行月度盘点和控制库存。

• 产品到货时需要到收货部收货。

• 为提供给客人始终如一的服务而努力，务求令客人享受到愉快的，难忘的专业服务。

• 确保所有邮件及时回复和跟进。发确认函与客人确定按摩疗程的信息。

• 准备并确保有足够的茶水和毛巾供客人使用。

• 确保减少按摩室的闲置，尽量最大程度的利用按摩室和按摩师。

• 对客诉具有丰富的处理经验保证其对酒店的信任程度.

• 阅读并更新按摩师及接待员的留言本，确保每位员工签名确认。
