职位描述

岗位职责:

To support the overall strategic management of the hotel by establishing effective working relationships with senior colleagues, in particular the General Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Finance and Director/Manager of Human Resources. Provides support and advice to the General Manager in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Business Development issues of the brand and the hotel.Protects and guards Corporate standards, Brand integrity and Hotel image. The position is also responsible for responsible for meeting, exceeding and maximizing the revenue potential goal of the hotel.  Maximizing occupancy/room rate at all times, implementing an effective rate structure and maintaining a consistently high standard of operation customer service within the group and individual reservations department.

通过与酒店总经理,营运总监,财务总监和人力资源总监/经理建立高效的工作关系去实施酒店的总体管理战略。在与市场销售有关的酒店战略计划和总体经营目标方面,向总经理提供建议和支持,树立酒店良好的品牌形象。维护集团的标准、品牌的一致性和酒店的形象。负责酒店达到、超过和最大化酒店的潜在收益目标。实现最大程度的市场占有率,执行最有效的价格机制,在个人和团队预定中始终坚持高标准的客服理念。

1. Provides a professional, advisory and executive support to the General Manager in meeting strategic goals.

为总经理提供专业的咨询及行政上的支持。

2. Participates in the development and implementation of policies for the department and hotel.

参与开拓和实施酒店和部门的政策规定。

3. Plans and develops marketing strategies and promotion plans.

制定开拓市场销售战略和促销计划。

4. Oversees and assists in the development and implementation of the hotel’s Sales and Marketing plans.

督导和协助市场销售计划的进展和实施。

5. To set clear objectives for the Commercial Development team and develop individuals’ skills and performance reviews, coaching and training.

为商务部设定清晰的工作目标,实施员工个人技能的发展,业绩的复核训导和培训。

6. Monitors and evaluates contemporary sales and marketing initiatives and trends.

监督和评估当前发起的市场销售活动以及市场动态。

7. To be responsible for all marketing activity in the hotel.

统筹酒店内所有的市场商务工作活动。

8. Manages departmental changes and ensuring processes and required infrastructure are in place.

管理部门内部的运作,保证部门设施完备,运行正常。

9. Conducts market research.

进行市场调查。

10. Establishes pricing strategies and sales targets for the hotel.

为酒店设立价格策略和销售目标。

11. Manages special projects and other business related enterprises.

管理特别项目及其他相关的生意。

12. Ensure successful commercial strategy in laid out in terms of space (rooms, banquet, restaurants) availability

根据空间(房间、宴会和餐饮)的可用性确保有效的战略。

13. Controls are applied to achieve a maximization of rooms,  food and beverage sales and revenue for the hotel. Ensure availability is reviewed as per required standards and all restrictions are recorded.

适当调节以保证酒店房间、餐饮销售和收益的最大化,按照必需的标准执行并记录所有的规定。

14. Ensure the department operates with a sales attitude and all personnel are aware of Sales opportunities within the hotel that will assist with the maximization of revenue.

保证部门运营一直保持良好的销售态度,所有人员都掌握酒店范围内的任何销售机会,以确保收益的最大化。

15. Maintain a consistent selling strategy across sales related systems, ensuring maximum use of availability controls in all systems.

通过销售相关系统保证稳定的销售战略,保证对所有系统有效性控制的最大化控制;保证所有正在进行中的控制系统的准确记录。

16. Ensures efficient utilization of departmental resources.

确保高效利用部门资源。

17. Ensures the development, update and maintenance of promotional materials.

确保发展、更新及保留酒店宣传材料。

18. Reports on the effectiveness of Sales and Marketing programs.

报告销售和市场计划的有效性。

19. Manages human resources within the department including selection & recruitment, training & development, team building,team member performance planning and review.

管理部门内部人力资源,包括选择招聘人员,培训部门员工,团队建设,员工表现评估等。

20. Ensures team member in the department is aware of their duties and responsibilities.

确保部门员工明确所赋予的职责。

21. Initiates corrective measures and actions immediately when the well being and the normal operation of the department or the hotel are being jeopardized.

在部门或酒店的利益受到危害时,立即采取纠正错误的措施。

22. Ensures team member maintains complete familiarity with safety, current first aid and fire emergency procedure.

确保员工熟悉安全,急救及遇火警逃生程序。

23. Ensures that all equipment is functioning and serviced regularly.

确保所有设备正常运作。

24. Manages guest relations and client services including guest and client need, product and service knowledge, sales effectiveness, communication skills and guest and client feedback.

管理客户关系及服务,包括客户需求、产品服务知识,销售的有效性交流技巧及客户反馈信息。

25. Manages departmental expenses and budget.

管理部门开支和预算。

26. Prepares monthly outlook/forecast for related expenses and return to management as scheduled.

准备部门每月相关开支的预测,并在预定日期上交给酒店。

27. Monitors accounts activities and makes adjustments when necessary.

密切注视客户的活动,必要时予以调整。

28. Implements cost saving methods for the department in line with corporate policy.

按照酒店政策控制部门成本,避免浪费。

29. Ensures team member abides by both the hotel policies and procedures.

确保部门员工遵守酒店的程序及规定。

30. Ensures files, correspondence and other relevant business documentation are maintained.

确保部门文件,及相关资料的存档。

31. Liaises with Corporate office to ensure execution and smooth flow through of all Business Development initiatives.

通过与总部的联系,确保所有商业发展部活动的顺利完成。

32. Coordinates with all Business Development departments within the company to maximize sales opportunities.

保持与集团内各营业部门的沟通,最大限度拓展销售机会。

33. Represents and promotes the hotel to all sectors in the community locally and overseas.

在海内外社会各有关行业推广酒店。

34. Participates in Hilton initiated sales and marketing events (if any).

参与希尔顿集团发起的销售活动(如有)。

35. Conducts sales promotion trips to target markets.

针对目标市场组织促销旅行。

36. Maintain good rapport and communication in the market place locally and overseas.

在海内外目标市场,保持良好的关系和沟通。

37. To research, produce, gain agreement to implement and monitor the annual Revenue Proposal/ Plan throughout the year, updating as necessary.

搜索,建立,在获得同意后执行,监督年度收益计划,并在必要时更新。

38. To ensure that all revenue related systems are kept up to date with accurate information and all  International hotel standards are complied with fully.

39. Responds to changes in the Human Resources function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

40. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.

坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。

41. To ensure that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s Team member Rules and Regulations.

确保员工充分的理解并遵守员工手册内容。

42. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。


岗位要求:

1. University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.

大学本科,良好的中英文读写能力。

2. Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.

具有至少五年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。

3. Determines overall Business Development objectives and initiatives best suit the hotel.

具备设立最适合酒店的总体营业目标及行动方案的能力。

4. Produces and executes Business Development budgets and business plans.

具备制订和执行营业预算及经营计划的能力。

5. Effectively promotes and positions the brand and the hotel at its desirous level.

具备高效地推广和将品牌定位在理想的水平的能力。

6. Manages and administrates the Business Development department.

具备管理营业部的能力。

7. Assists the General Manager and the Excom in achieving the hotel’s business objectives and revenue goals.

具备协助总经理和管理层达到酒店总体经营目标的能力。

8. Knowledge of market trends and behavior including political, economical and social issues.

掌握政治,经济和社会方面的知识及市场趋势。

9. Sound communication skills.

具有良好的沟通技巧。

10. Ability to lead, to provide guidance and to develop team member.

11. Knowledge and skill in crisis management.
