Responsibilities:
• Manage marketing team and ensure all departments are in line with the venue image and brand direction.
• Manage and effectively utilize marketing budget to ensure maximum market penetration is taking place.
• Arrange and collaborate photoshoots and other media related activities with Ent Mgr, Head Chef, DJ’s etc.
• Attend (and chair in Ops Directors absence) marketing meetings and provide comprehensive feedback in regards to maximizing social media exposure and maintaining brand image.
• Build sponsorship relationships and manage sponsorship brand contracts. Secure sponsorship for key events and headline acts, sell tables to sponsors and potential barter arrangements for ongoing cooperation.
• Manage MARCOM coordinator and other marcom team members ensure review websites and responses to all guest queries online are in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor upcoming and new digital media trends and offer suggestions and initiate ideas to generate venue exposure.
• Monitor other venues activity and note ideas and suggestions for marketing meetings. What works, what doesn’t.
• Monitor and suggest KOL’s, DJ’s and other Social Media Stars for utilizing at the venue, highlighting their marketing value.
• Assist Ent manager, Graphic Artist and other venue team members in acquiring images, photography, music, playlist and other media items for digital exposure.
• Ensure all media for publication is inline with brand image.
• Manage all TV monitor content including promotions, advertising and upcoming events. 
• Manage and explore other marketing related activities.
• Entertain media contacts and invite key personnel to key events for exposure purposes.
• Manage marketing agency and ensure collaboration and communication is smooth and in-line with the brand concept.
• Manage the conceptualization, creation, and implementation of concept, calendar and other theme related parties.
• Manage and Assist Ent manager with budgeting and sourcing of entertainment.
• Manage and oversee venue production for private and in-house events.
• Ensure budgets and quality of production and entertainment are in line with brand image at all times. 
• Assist as and when required in all departments to ensure the smooth operation of the venue.

Qualifications:
• Vast network of sales/event contacts required.
• Marketing management background for a high end luxury hospitality business or brand.
• Experience with digital media platforms and Chinese market.
• Knowledge of club and restaurant culture.
