【职位描述】
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
• Ensure guest requests are handled in a timely manner.
• Ensure owner profiles are kept up to date
• Be fully knowledgeable of complex facilities,Responsible for the owners to check in, repair, inquiry, complaint handing ,property fees collection and other servies.
• Advise guests of points of interest in the surrounding area.
• Ensure all key minimum standards are kept to the highest level.
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance at all times.
• Ensure the efficient and prompt handling and delivery of all messages, facsimiles, mail and parcels within the residences.
• To be familiar with all guest services and information they may require. To assist guests in confirming airline tickets, making restaurant reservations, arranging tours and making transportation arrangements.
• Be familiar with all hotel policies and ensure to keep informed all changes and additions.
• Maintain a library of all relevant directories and business information.
• Be familiar with all the courier companies and their charges.
• Be familiar with all daily events and functions within the hotel and to maintain the appropriate desk folder. Share the information with all Concierge staff of such events.
• Ensure desk, lobby, hotel entrances and baggage area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Pay attention to VIP, long-standing guests and regular guests and to offer them personal service.
• Ensure all Concierge equipment is accounted for and is in good working order.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Aid in the smooth operation of the car service, and to ensure that information is passed to airport representatives for all arriving and departing VIP’s.
• Project and maintain the image of the highest standards within the hotel at all times.
• Advise the Residences Management of all guest comments.
• Record all incidents or service failures.
• Maximise the sale of our internal outlets.
• Maintain amicable and co-operative working relations with other departments in the Hotel.
• Comply with all Health and Safety legislation, using working practices that are safe and sensible to your colleagues and to yourself.
• Attend any courses Management may deem beneficial.
• Any additional duties as assigned per operation needs

• 熟悉速递公司的业务和收费
• 熟悉公寓的全部日常活动和事件,保持有关的桌面文件夹。与这类事件有关的所有礼宾员共享这些信息。
• 保证前台、大厅、公寓入口和行李区始终是干净、整洁的。
• 注意VIP、长期停留的客人和常客,为他们提供个人服务。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验• Proficient in the Mandarin (verbal & written), second language is an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of Chengdu and surround area a asset
• Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment while remaining calm and collective
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours
• Knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite an asset
• High-end residential service experience is preferred
• The knowledge of a great Concierge is the expectation of our Guests when staying at Fairmont Residences. Your ability to anticipate Guests’ needs and make informed suggestions will ensure they have a truly memorable stay.

Fairmont Chengdu, situated within the Palm Springs International Centre, is located in the heart of Tianfu New Area and Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and is adjacent to the Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, Global Center and the Tianfu Software Park. The hotel features 336 guest rooms, Willow Stream Spa, Gold Executive Floor, over 1,350 square meters of meeting facilities, and a collection of F&B concepts including an all-day-dining restaurant Spectrum, CUBE a three-floor concept - lounge, cocktail bar and restaurant, a signature Sichuan Chinese restaurant Chang Yi, and our feature restaurant MIKU occupying the top level of the hotel. The hotel opened its door on December 21,
2016.
