【职位描述】
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•    Maintain and organize regular attendance at department and operations meetings, which may vary according to the needs of the hotel
•    Ensure a safe and productive operation
•    Assure compliance with Health Department standards
•    Supervise and maintain the sanitation of kitchen, storerooms, hallways, dock, and equipment. Have a keen focus on the garbage areas (basement/apartment compactor/compactor)
•    In charge of training of all stewarding duties
•    Support the hotel’s Green Team initiatives
•    Keep updated with all items on the communication board and communicate to colleagues when required
•    Keep all Colleague Logs/ Files updated
•    Controlling stocks for daily use in the department (cleaning products, mop heads, etc)
•    Controlling breakage, waste 
•    Maintain cleanliness of all kitchens and HOH areas as well as ensuring all maintenance needs are looked after
•    Performs daily checks on staffing level, quality control, maintenance 
•    Pre-screening of CV’s in order to support hiring process
•    Participate in dishwashing, garbage removal, silver polishing, pot washing or any other stewarding area as necessary in accordance with department needs (based on staffing or business levels!)
•    Keep in mind to be Acting Chief Steward in absence of the same and need to take care of all aspects of Stewarding

•    预先筛选简历，以支持招聘流程
•    根据部门需要(根据员工或业务水平)参与洗碗、清理垃圾、银盘抛光、洗碗或其他管事部区域的工作。
•    在值班期间，做好管事工作的各个方面
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验 
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, complimented by maturity, strong leadership skills and business acumen 
•    Proven ability to deal with sensitive issues with compassion and discretion 
•    Self-confident, creative and proactive, able to prioritize and make effective decisions 
•    Disciplined and highly organized 
•    Minimum of two years experience in a Leadership role with a recognized hotel brand 
•    University/College degree or diploma or a formal education an asset 
•    Strong understanding of HACCP 
•    Fluency in Chinese Mandarin (verbal & written) essential

Fairmont Chengdu, situated within the Palm Springs International Centre, is located in the heart of Tianfu New Area and Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and is adjacent to the Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, Global Center and the Tianfu Software Park.
The hotel features 336 guest rooms, Willow Stream Spa, Gold Executive Floor, over 1,350 square meters of meeting facilities, and a collection of F&B concepts including an all-day-dining restaurant Spectrum, CUBE a three-floor concept - lounge, cocktail bar and restaurant, a signature Sichuan Chinese restaurant Chang Yi, and our feature restaurant MIKU occupying the top level of the hotel. The hotel opened its door on December 21, 2016.
