【职位描述】Primary Responsibilities主要职责
• Facilitates all corporate training programs including: New Heartist Day Orientation, Fairmont Service Culture, Leadership Courses, Performance Management, Train the Trainer etc.
• Coordinates with Departmental Trainers to ensure consistent departmental training and completion of Job Task Checklist’s etc.
• Provides on-going coaching and guidance for Departmental Trainers to ensure consistency of quality training for all colleagues
• Acts as an internal performance consultant, involved in facilitating departmental meetings, focus groups and team-building activities
• Assists the Executive Committee with development of specific action plans to address training issues identified in the Hotel’s Employee Opinion Survey results, VOG and LQA audit.
• Partners with external organizations who provide support for the hotel's learning strategy
• Assists Corporate Learning Coaches in the development of companywide learning initiatives
• Oversees all cross-training, e-learning program and educational assistance participation
• Provides a variety of training tools and resources to assist our Colleagues with career development plans
• Designs and provides internship programs to assist our trainees with career development plans
• Administrate overall training budget and forecast, including monthly accruals and expenses, and ensure settlement of bills
• Responsible for overall training needs analysis & report and monthly/year end overall training report etc.
• Assists Talent & Culture in Recruitment, Employee Relations and other areas as needed

• 与外部组织合作支持酒店的培训战略。
• 协助集团培训师贯彻落实集团层面培训举措。
• 全面负责所有交叉培训、线上培训和教育援助的实施。
• 提供多种多样的学习工具和资源以支持同事们的职业发展。
• 设计并提供实习生项目以支持实习生职业发展。
• 管理整体培训预算和预测,包括月度预提和费用,确保付款完成。
• 负责完成培训需求分析报告,年度和月度培训报告等所有培训相关报告。
• 协助人才文化部关于招聘、员工关系等及其他相关工作。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry, with previous experience in a leadership role
• University/College degree or diploma or a formal education in Human Resources Management or a teaching certificate an asset
• Previous experience developing, organizing and delivering training programs an asset
• Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), PowerPoint, minimum typing 50 wpm
• Self-confident, creative and proactive, able to prioritize and make effective decisions and meet deadlines
• Able to develop strong relationships with Colleagues and Leaders
• Ability to identify individual talents and develop others
• Highly passionate about the company Mission, Promise and Values
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including public speaking
• Strategically plans, implements and orchestrates to achieve goals
• Fluent written & speaking in both of English and Mandarin

Fairmont Chengdu, situated within the Palm Springs International Centre, is located in the heart of Tianfu New Area and Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and is adjacent to the Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, Global Center and the Tianfu Software Park. The hotel features 336 guest rooms, Willow Stream Spa, Gold Executive Floor, over 1,350 square meters of meeting facilities, and a collection of F&B concepts including an all-day-dining restaurant Spectrum, CUBE a three-floor concept - lounge, cocktail bar and restaurant, a signature Sichuan Chinese restaurant Chang Yi, and our feature restaurant MIKU occupying the top level of the hotel.
