Primary Responsibilities主要职责
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Greets guests and members in a friendly and efficient manner, escort them as required
• Possess knowledge about all aspect of Willow Stream treatments and the facility to ensure guests are provided with accurate information, and inquiries are responded to with complete details
• Performs all massage, body treatments, and aesthetic services as certified or trained to do so
• Ensures individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to needs and expectations
• Reviews guest’s medical history/ waiver and all information in SpaSoft, prior to performing each treatment
• Maintains cleans and neat work environment at all times, ensuring equipment for body treatments and personal equipment in safe working order
• Maintains proper supplies of professional products, towels, and other supplies in treatment rooms
• Possess thorough knowledge about all aspect of spa’s operations including telephone usage, guest relations, retail sales, and spa services and facilities
• Ensures proper stocking of all spa amenities, toiletries, and linen items
• Ensures efficient billing of service to guests
• Assists members and guests with the use of sauna, steam, experience shower, etcetera
• Handles guest complaints and solves problems to the degree possible
• Works with related hotel departments to ensure efficiency in meeting guest needs
• Contributes to the team environment by assisting spa colleagues in all areas
• Participates in the orientations, meeting, and training process of all colleagues assigned to Willow Stream Spa
• Maintains accurate records as required by hotel and municipality regulations
• Follows Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Reports suspicious people, behavior, and vehicles to Hotels Security 
• Ensures adherence to Fairmont’s Code of Ethics
• Follow departmental policies and procedures 
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies

• 时刻保持清洁整洁的工作环境, 确保身体护理设备和个人设备处于安全工作秩序
• 在治疗室保持适当的专业产品、毛巾和其他用品供应
• 全面了解水疗服务的各个方面, 包括电话使用、客人关系、零售销售和水疗设施。
• 确保所有水疗设施、洗浴用品和亚麻制品的适当库存
• 确保为客人提供有效的服务计费
• 协助会员和客人使用桑拿, 蒸汽, 经验淋浴, 诸如此类。
• 处理客人投诉, 并尽可能解决问题
• 与相关酒店部门友好合作, 确保提高满足客人需求的效率。
• 协助水疗领域的同事, 积极为团队做出贡献
• 参与柳溪水疗中心安排的的训练、会议和培训
• 根据酒店和市级法规的要求保持准确详细的记录文本资料
• 遵守职业健康和安全条例
• 向酒店安保人员报告危害酒店安全的可疑人员、可行为和车辆
• 确保始终如一的遵守费尔蒙道德守则
• 遵循部门政策和流程

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
• Must be guest-oriented, have a vibrant personality, and radiate enthusiasm to assist people
• Proficient in English language (verbal and written) with a second or third language as an asset 
• Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office Word, Excel, Opera PMS System, and SpaSoft is recommended
• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field is an asset 
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours, and able to work with little or no supervision
• Immaculate presentation and grooming 
• Fluency in Chinese Mandarin (verbal & written) essential• 必须以客为本, 具有鲜明的个性, 并散发热情帮助人们

Fairmont Chengdu, situated within the Palm Springs International Centre, is located in the heart of Tianfu New Area and Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and is adjacent to the Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, Global Center and the Tianfu Software Park. The hotel features 336 guest rooms, Willow Stream Spa, Gold Executive Floor, over 1,350 square meters of meeting facilities, and a collection of F&B concepts including an all-day-dining restaurant Spectrum, CUBE a three-floor concept - lounge, cocktail bar and restaurant, a signature Sichuan Chinese restaurant Chang Yi, and our feature restaurant MIKU occupying the top level of the hotel.
