【职位描述】
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
• Actively cooperate with chef and restaurant Manager to develop promotions and menu implementation according to annual plan.
• Attends chef meetings in the absence of the head chef to ensure that all assignments assigned during the daily chef's meeting or monthly business meeting are followed up by the appropriate person.
• Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the timely implementation of menus, and ensure that the necessary information such as setting guidelines, recipes, food photos and cost accounting are available prior to implementation.
• Innovate and develop new recipes according to the latest market trends.
• Properly handles any disciplinary violations in accordance with hotel regulations.
• Prepare employee evaluation reports in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Handle customer comments and complaints and correct them quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for maintaining kitchen food costs, working materials and kitchen appliances.
• Assist in preparing and controlling daily and weekly bakery market supply lists.
• Ensure the quality of food purchased and monitor the quality when receiving to ensure consistency of purchased items.
• Reception of any unannounced supplier of food or materials is not allowed.All representatives of outside companies are only allowed to communicate directly with the chef's office.
• Stick to saving energy consumption.
• Ensure that all kitchen staff are on duty in uniform on time.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as required by the department head at any time.
• Perform any work assigned by management
• Ensure employee participation survey objectives are met
• Ensure that the culture meets standards

Qualifications:
• Leadership experience in the culinary field is required
• Skilled worker's certificate or international equivalent is preferred
• Computer proficiency, especially Microsoft applications, is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Able to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Able to coordinate work as part of a team
• Ability to concentrate on the needs of guests and remain calm and courteous at all times
• 按照年度计划积极配合厨师长和餐厅经理制定各项促销、及菜单的执行。
• 在厨师长缺席的情况下， 出席厨师会议，确保所有在每日厨师例会或每月的业务会议中所派定的工作已被相关人员跟进。
• 计划、统筹和督促菜单及时的执行， 并保证菜单在执行前已具备必要的摆盘指南、食谱、食物的照片和成本核算等信息。

• 根据酒店的相关规定正确处理任何违纪行为。
• 按照政策和程序规定准备员工的评估报告。
• 处理顾客的评价和投诉， 迅速改正以确保顾客满意。
• 负责维持厨房的食品成本、工作所需的材料和厨房器具。
• 协助准备及控制每天和每周的饼房市场供货清单。
• 确保采购的食品质量， 在收货时监督质量， 确保采购的物品一致。
• 不允许接待任何未经通知的食品或材料供应商。 所有外界的公司代表只允许直接跟厨师办公室联络业务。
• 坚持节约能源消耗。 
• 确保所有厨房工作人员按时着制服上岗。
• 在部门负责人需要的情况下， 随时完成其他合理的任务。
