【职位描述】
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service 
• To ensure through continuously physically checking all areas within the Hotel and all aspects of the Engineering services and implementation of standard procedures the highest standard of maintenance is achieved 
• To ensure all log books, record sheets and dairy of events are correctly completed and kept up to date prior to finishing your shift. 
• To ensure maintenance request assigned to you are completed competently, with the minimum of disruption to the Hotel’s guests and colleagues and within a given time 
• To ensure the daily readings of all utility meters are carried out, and recorded, and the consumption calculations are completed 
• To ensure Hotel's fire, health and safety procedures are implemented 
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as required by the Director of Engineering 
• Attend and report to Director of Engineering and Building Maintenance Manager any actions or action plans that may arise from inspections by the local authorities

• 参与并向工程总监和建筑维修经理报告任何地方当局检查可能产生的行动或行动计划
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
• Previous experience is an asset 
• University or college diploma in a building services discipline 
• At least 2 years working as Duty Engineer or higher in a hotel maintenance operation or service maintenance in a similar complex 
• Good knowledge and practical skills in electrical, mechanical maintenance, A/C systems, Boilers, steam, gas, water supplies distribution and sewerage treatment plants and equipment 
• Ability to demonstrate, motivational, leadership skills, problem solving, planning and organizing, decision making, prioritizing, delegating training and developing and producing results
• Good spoken English communication and written would be an advantage 
• Fluency in Chinese Mandarin (verbal & written) essential
• 有经验者优先
• 大学或学院建筑服务专业毕业
• 至少2年以上酒店维修或服务维修的值班工程师工作经验
• 良好的电气，机械维修，空调系统，锅炉，蒸汽，燃气，供水分配和污水处理厂和设备的知识和实践技能
• 具备展示、激励、领导能力、解决问题、计划和组织、决策、优先排序、授权培训、发展和产生结果的能力
• 良好的英语口语和书写能力者优先
• 流利的中文普通话(口头和书面) 
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift 
• Occasional squats, push-pulls, and lifts
• Go up and down ladders, stairs and ramps occasionally
• Can adapt to shift work
• 当值期间频繁站立和走动
• 偶尔下蹲、推拉和提升
• 偶尔上下梯子、楼梯和坡道 
• 能适应倒班

Fairmont Chengdu, situated within the Palm Springs International Centre, is located in the heart of Tianfu New Area and Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and is adjacent to the Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, Global Center and the Tianfu Software Park. The hotel features 336 guest rooms, Willow Stream Spa, Gold Executive Floor, over 1,350 square meters of meeting facilities, and a collection of F&B concepts including an all-day-dining restaurant Spectrum, CUBE a three-floor concept - lounge, cocktail bar and restaurant, a signature Sichuan Chinese restaurant Chang Yi, and our feature restaurant MIKU occupying the top level of the hotel.
