Primary Responsibilities主要职责

Report to the reservation manager. Responsibilities and basic work functions include but are not limited to the following:

• consistently provide professional, friendly and attractive services

• lead and manage all aspects of the reservation department to ensure compliance with all service standards

• manage and coordinate all group and individual bookings

• maintain close contact with the sales team and individual bookings

• prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required and report to the reservation manager

• attend pre conference meetings and Book meetings as needed

• ensure that all booking agents understand room products and hotel services to maximize revenue

• regular departmental meetings

• ensure the effective productivity of all colleagues through employee scheduling and compliance with budget guidelines

• balancing operational, administrative and colleague needs

• assist guests to understand hotel facilities in an informative and useful way

• comply with departmental policies, procedures and service standards

• comply with all safety policies

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

• Previous leadership experience in a similar role required

• Previous experience with a Property Management system required

• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required

• University/College degree in a related discipline preferred

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

• Highly responsible & reliable

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
