Primary Responsibilities主要职责
Direct report to chef of the staff restaurant. The responsibilities and basic functions of this position include but are not limited to the following contents:
	Consistently provide professional, friendly and considerate service to all employees
 Lead and manage the daily operation of staff restaurant and ensure compliance with service standards
	Maintain the best catering facilities for all employees
	Cooperate with the kitchen to assist in the development of new menu standards and new products
	Maintain a high level of food quality and food safety
	Ensure that food production processes and dining facilities meet all environmental hygiene standards
 Keep an eye on new food trends, including special dietary requirements
	Handle employee concerns and respond quickly and professionally
	Train and train the staff of all staff restaurants
 Balancing the needs of operations, management and employees
	Follow restaurant policies, procedures and service standards
	All safety and environmental hygiene policies must be followed when catering
	Other tasks assigned by superior Supervisor

Your team and working environment:
Fairmont Chengdu, situated within the Palm Springs International Centre, is located in the heart of Tianfu New Area and Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and is adjacent to the Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, Global Center and the Tianfu Software Park. The hotel features 336 guest rooms, Gold Executive Floor, over 1,350 square meters of meeting facilities, and a collection of F&B concepts including an all-day-dining restaurant Spectrum, CUBE a three-floor concept - lounge, cocktail bar and restaurant, a signature Sichuan Chinese restaurant Chang Yi, and our feature restaurant MIKU occupying the top level of the hotel.
