Primary Responsibilities主要职责
• Attend various meetings of the engineering department, and sort out meeting minutes.
• Send and receive hotel notices and documents, timely submit to director of engineering, draft relevant documents and submit to head manager for approval
• Strictly check the implementation of the attendance system of each shift and group, distribute labor protection supplies for department employees, and deal with various welfare, rewards and punishments.
• Responsible for warehouse management and receiving and receiving of warehouse materials. Prepare spare parts inventory list every month.
• Printing and copying correspondence, information, and registering telex and other information.
• Set up and sort out the engineering department's technical files and fire protection files, and fill in the equipment files with the information about the failure and maintenance items of each system equipment on a monthly basis.
• Receive and communicate with external staff, and report to director of engineering.
• Complete the tasks assigned by the director of Engineering.
• Familiar with the department staff, provide engineering director for management reference.
• Manage and control the cost of the department and report to director of Engineering
• 参加工程部的各种会议,做好会议记录整理工作。
• 收发酒店通知、文件,及时呈报工程部总监,起草部门有关文件,并提交本部经理审批。
• 严格检查各班组考勤制度的执行情况,发放部门员工劳保用品,办理各项福利及奖惩事项。
• 负责部门仓库管理及仓库物资的收发。每月编制备品、配件库存表。
• 打印、复印函件、资料、登记来往电传和其它资料。
• 建立整理工程部技术档案、消防档案,按月将各系统设备有关故障情况、维修项目等内容填入设备档案。
• 做好接待外来人员的来访和与外部联系工作,并将情况汇报给工程部总监。
• 完成工程部总监下达的工作任务。
• 熟悉了解部门员工的情况,提供给工程部总监作管理参考。
• 管理控制部门的成本费用,并将情况汇报给工程部总监
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
• Has to be able to handle confidential information appropriately
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to resolve situations involving guest challenges
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Internet usage
• Must be fluent in Chinese
• English as a second language an asset
