Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•	Demonstrate to our guests our commitment to service excellence 
•	Respond quickly and professionally to telephone inquiries and find the right person to help 
•	Greet guests and members efficiently and friendly and escort them as required 
•	Provide information and culture on Health club equipment and services in person or by phone 
•  Supervision of the swimming pool to prevent drowning, accidents or injuries 
•	Implement policies and regulations to avoid accidents 
•	Inspect cleaning facilities, assist with the daily cleaning of swimming pools, changing rooms, tables, and keep timely documentation of work procedures 
•	Assist in the maintenance of swimming pools while supervising and maintaining pool filtration systems and water chemistry 
•	Work with the relevant hospitality departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction 
•	Report unusual situations to managers or supervisors
•	Assist in the operation of all spa departments while requesting participation in fitness and swimming pool work 
•	Keep the facility in optimal operating condition 
•	Assist guests in the proper use of sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi facilities 
•	Keep accurate records based on the policy needs of the city and the hotel 
•	Comply with occupational health and safety regulations 
•	Report suspicious persons to the hotel's security department. Behavior and vehicles 
•	Comply with Fairmont's Code of Ethics 
•	Responsible for other assigned tasks

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
•	Need to be customer-oriented, have a vibrant personality, and be passionate about helping others 
•	Ability to adapt to high-intensity work tasks in an ever-changing work environment 
•	Ability to adapt to shifts and ability to work autonomously without supervision 
•	Those who have or can obtain a valid lifeguard certificate, valid first aid, and CPR junior lifeguard certificate are preferred 
•	Ability to work in outdoor facilities and can adapt to a variety of weather conditions, including exposure to the sun
