【职位描述】
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•	Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service 
•	Abide by staff rules and department rules and regulations, master professional knowledge, troubleshoot quickly, accurately and efficiently, and provide quality service to guests. Obey the command and dispatch of the supervisor, be responsible for the preventive maintenance and inspection of the professional facilities and equipment of engineering decoration and the daily emergency maintenance of decoration engineering to ensure the integrity and beauty of the facilities and equipment of decoration engineering
•	Assist the engineer on duty to complete the daily work and ensure the hotel interior and exterior decoration equipment is in good condition
•	Strive to complete the tasks assigned by superior leaders
•	Strictly follow the working procedures, be accurate, timely and error-free to ensure the completion of maintenance orders
•	Responsible for the purchase and inventory of decoration materials
•	Clean the professional operating room area according to the regulations, so that there is no dust on the ground, windowsill and equipment surface
•	Inspect the decoration surface inside and outside the hotel regularly every day
•	Self-maintenance of tools and equipment

• 服从督导的指挥、调度，负责工程装饰专业类的设施设备预防性维护和检查及日常装饰工程
• 专业紧急维修工作，保证装饰类工程设施设备的完整性及美观性
• 协助值班工程师完成日常工作，确酒店内外装饰设备的完好
• 努力完成上级领导布置的各项工作任务
• 严格按工作程序，应做到准确、及时、无误，保证完成维修单
• 负责装饰类的材料申购及库存工作
• 按规定对装饰专业的操作间区域进行清洁，使地面、窗台、设备表面不留积尘
• 每天定期的对酒店内外的装饰面进行巡查
• 自我工具设备的维修保养

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
• Previous experience is an asset 
• Applicants with relevant operating certificates is an asset
• Engineering major and certification is an asset
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): 
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift 
• Occasional squats, push-pulls, and lifts
• Go up and down ladders, stairs and ramps occasionally
• Can adapt to shift work
