Primary Responsibilities主要职责：
•	协助同事，总管事和烹饪团队工作，发挥他们的最大能力。提供援助，一切行为都要使客人满意。

•	必要时协助厨房切配或砧板的工作。 
•	管理各主要库存以及商铺组织陶瓷，玻璃，银器和空心制品。 
•	为商铺和宴会提供足够的设备（瓷器，玻璃，银）。 
•	工作时充分了解化学品和其他危险物品。 
•	确保有足够的纸张供应的所有领域，洗涤剂产品。 
•	维护和清洁所有垃圾移动区，包括垃圾桶，手推车，并按照HACCP和设备集团规章清除废物。 
•	了解厨房设备的应用及操作安全，在厨房里正确安全操作厨房设备。 
•	坚持厨房清洁和厨房卫生 。
•	立即报告和处理任何意外，无论多么小。 
•	出现任何酒店不安全的紧急情况时适当地作出应变。 
•	执行其他任务或由酒店管理和工作人员指派的项目。 
•	工作时间可以根据酒店业务的变化而变化。 
•	协助，并提供任何宴会功能设备。 
•	协助和帮助宴会或冷盘厨房 。
•	减少到最低限度破损。
