Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•	Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service 
•	Abide by staff rules and department rules and regulations, master professional knowledge, troubleshoot quickly, accurately and efficiently, and provide quality service to guests. Obey the command and dispatch of the supervisor, be responsible for the normal operation and unblocked and daily maintenance of engineering facilities and equipment, pipes and air conditioning equipment, and ensure the operation efficiency of facilities and equipment, pipes and air conditioning equipment
•	Assist duty engineer to complete daily work, ensure the normal operation of all system equipment
•	Responsible for the planning of air conditioning equipment maintenance, and responsible for implementation
•	Strive to complete the work assigned by the supervisor
•	Strictly follow the working procedures, be accurate, timely and error-free to ensure the completion of maintenance orders
•	Be responsible for preventive maintenance and inspection of air conditioning equipment
•	Familiar with the working principle of system equipment, pipeline flow direction and main valve position, timely and accurate troubleshooting in case of emergency, to ensure the safe operation of the system
•	Clean the air conditioner room area according to regulations to ensure that no dust accumulates on the floor, windowsill, and device surface
•	Supervise the contractor to plan the maintenance of air conditioning equipment, and be responsible for signing the acceptance
•	Assume the duty of duty engineer when the duty engineer is not on duty
•	Self-maintenance of tools and equipment

•	遵守员工守则和部门规章制度，熟练掌握专业知识，处理故障快、准、省，为客人提供优质服务。服从督导的指挥、调度，负责工程设施设备、管道及空调设备类的正常运行和畅通及日常维修工作，保证设施设备、管道及空调设备类的运行效率
•	协助值班工程师完成日常工作，确保各系统设备正常运行
•	负责制定空调类设备的计划性维护，并负责执行实施
•	努力完成上级导布置的各项工作任务
•	严格按工作程序，应做到准确、及时、无误，保证完成维修单
•	负责空调设备类的预防性维修保养、巡检工作
•	熟悉系统设备的工作原理、管线的流向和主要阀门的位置，发生紧急情况时，能及时准确排除故障，保障系统安全运行
•	按规定对空调机房区域进行清洁，使地面、窗台、设备表面不留积尘
•	督促承包商对空调设备的计划性维护，并负责签字验收
•	在本专业值班工程师不在岗位时，承担值班工程师职责
•	自我工具设备的维修保养

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
•	Previous experience is an asset 
•	Applicants with relevant operating certificates is an asset
•	Engineering major and certification  is an asset
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): 
•	Constant standing and walking throughout shift 
•	Occasional squats, push-pulls, and lifts
•	Go up and down ladders, stairs and ramps occasionally
•	Can adapt to shift work

•	工程专业及获得相关认证者优先
