【职位描述】
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and warm service
• Follow  Executive Lounge policies, procedures and service standards
• Have full knowledge of the Menu, Beverage lists in your Executive Lounge and all other special promotions taking place in the hotel
• Knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• To be able to answer any Guest questions about menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Demonstrate Executive Lounge Service Plus Standards in all interactions
• Always take corrective action if service errors occur, ensuring all solutions exceed the Guests expectation
• Understand shift end reports, have knowledge of non-cash/cash transactions and procedures for depositing monies into safe or collecting due backs
• Understand each service station and all side duties assigned to that station
• Attend daily briefing and monthly meetings to continually improve the Guests experience
• Understand how to operate all the equipment used in the Executive Lounge
• Fully understand and follow the hotel’s recycling program and procedures
• Actively participate in all health and safety procedures for Executive Lounge and the entire hotel
• Follow all of safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Carrying out any miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as requested by your Manager pertaining to total quality service delivered in Executive Lounge
• Follow Hotel’s telephone etiquette standards
• Follow Occupational Health & Safety regulations
• Adherence to Executive Lounge Code of Ethics

• 参加每日例会和月度会议，不断改善客人体验。
• 了解如何操作行政酒廊使用的所有设备。
• 充分理解并遵守酒店的环保计划和程序。
• 积极参与行政酒廊和整个酒店的所有健康和安全程序。
• 处理食品和饮料时，遵守所有安全和卫生政策。
• 为了提供的全面优质服务，遵从并执行经理与行政酒廊有关的其他职责的要求。
• 遵循酒店的电话礼仪标准。
• 遵循职业健康和安全规定。
• 遵循行政酒廊的道德规范 。

• Previous service experience an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Proficient in the English language (verbal & written), second language is an asset
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours
• International hotels experience in relevant position, 5-star hotels experience an asset

Palm Springs Hotel Chengdu, Vignette Collection, situated within the Palm Springs International Centre, is located in the heart of Tianfu New Area and Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and is adjacent to the Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, Global Center and the Tianfu Software Park. The hotel features 336 guest rooms, Executive Floor, over 1,350 square meters of meeting facilities, and a collection of F&B concepts including an all-day-dining restaurant Spectrum, CUBE a three-floor concept - lounge, cocktail bar and restaurant.
