工作职责：
1. 全面负责员工餐厅厨房的日常运营，包括餐品规划、生产调度、出品质量管控及食品安全管理；
2. 根据企业员工用餐需求与预算标准，科学制定周/月菜单，兼顾营养均衡、口味适配与成本合理性；
3. 组织并指导厨师团队完成早、中、晚三餐及加餐的批量制作，确保准时、足量、安全、稳定供应；
4. 执行食材验收、储存、加工、留样等全流程操作规范，严格落实餐饮服务食品安全法规要求；
5. 负责厨房人员排班、技能培训、绩效反馈与日常管理，营造高效、规范、协作的后厨工作氛围；
6. 定期收集员工用餐反馈，持续优化菜品结构、服务流程与现场体验，提升内部满意度。
任职资格：
1. 中技及以上学历，烹饪工艺与营养、中西式烹调等相关专业优先；
2. 具备2年以上团餐、企事业单位员工餐厅或大型食堂厨房管理工作经验，有百人以上规模供餐实操经历；
3. 熟练掌握大众化中式热菜制作，熟悉标准化量产流程，具备基础营养搭配常识与成本控制意识；
4. 持有有效健康证明及中级（含）以上中式烹调师职业资格证书；
5. 熟悉《餐饮服务食品安全操作规范》及相关卫生管理制度，具备食品安全风险识别与应对能力；
6. 责任心强，执行力好，具备良好的组织协调能力、服务意识和团队管理经验。
